Vinification
Grapes selected from the finest organic vineyards. Cold maceration for 6 to 8 hours. Free-run juice from the must to the fermentation tank, where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for 20-25 days.
Tasting notes
Attractive strawberry pink of medium intensity. Primary aromas of red fruit. Fleshy, fresh and well balanced in the mouth, with a long, and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing
Perfect for pasta, rice and starters. Also good with white meat and fish. Serving temperature: 5-6°C
