Vinification
Selection of grapes from our best organic vineyards. Traditional maceration with temperature control and daily pumping-over operations, fermentation period of 20 days. Subsequent transfer to a tank for malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Attractive deep red cherry colour with violet rim. High intensity aromas of red fruits. Long and powerful on the palate, full-bodied with ripe and sweet tannins. Lingering and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing
Perfect for roasts, white meats and grilled sausages. Serving temperature: 15-16°C.
